Processing & Delivery Policy
ETA and ETIAS processing typically takes up to 5 days. Our team begins working on applications immediately upon receipt. Approved eVisas are sent via email as soon as they are available.
Transaction Currency
All services are priced in U.S. dollars.
Customer Declaration
By submitting an ETA or ETIAS application via our service, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. If false information is submitted, your application may be rejected, and you could face legal consequences or be banned from the UK or EC. If submitting on behalf of someone else, you confirm that the application details are correct and complete.
Refund Policy
All payments for services purchased through this website are non-refundable, including payments relating to applications which are denied by the UK or EU government authorities.
Recurring Billing
This website does not offer products or services with recurring billing. All purchases are one-time transactions.
Pricing Errors

Except for payment by Customer of any amounts due under this Agreement for provision of the Services, neither party shall be responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or to causes beyond such party’s reasonable control, including, acts of god, changes in governmental laws, rules, regulations or orders, war, terrorist acts, insurrection, disease, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, geopolitical events, shipping or import delays, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, power outages or shortages in transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials (collectively, a “Force Majeure Event”).”
